Position: Data Privacy Support
Pay Range: $20 to $50 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and privacy policies.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and audits.
• Develop and implement data privacy procedures and guidelines.
• Respond to data subject access requests and privacy-related inquiries.
• Monitor and address privacy incidents and breaches.
• Train staff on data privacy best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to enhance data protection measures.
• Keep abreast of developments in data privacy laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Security, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related role.
• In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data privacy management tools and software.
• Certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
