**Clients Responsibilities:**

3. **Timely Payment for Services Rendered:** Clients are responsible for paying Freelancers for services rendered in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the project agreement. This includes adhering to payment schedules, processing payments in a timely manner, and resolving any payment disputes in good faith.

The obligations of confidentiality set forth in this agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of any project or engagement between Freelancers and Clients on the K7Tracks platform and shall continue in full force and effect indefinitely thereafter.
