2. **Timely and Professional Service Delivery:** Freelancers agree to deliver services to clients in a timely and professional manner, adhering to the specifications and timelines outlined in the project agreements. 3. **Timely Payment for Services Rendered:** Clients are responsible for paying Freelancers for services rendered in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the project agreement. This includes adhering to payment schedules, processing payments in a timely manner, and resolving any payment disputes in good faith.

The license granted to K7Tracks is non-exclusive, meaning that users retain the right to grant similar licenses to other parties for the same content. Additionally, the license is royalty-free, meaning that K7Tracks is not required to pay users any compensation for the use of their content within the platform.
User Rights and Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to post content on K7Tracks and grant the aforementioned license to K7Tracks. Both Freelancers and Clients agree to keep all information exchanged during a project confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

Both parties agree not to disclose, disseminate, or otherwise make available any confidential information to any third party without the express written consent of the disclosing party.
Exceptions to Confidentiality:
Confidential information shall not include any information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party; (b) was rightfully known or in the possession of the receiving party prior to disclosure by the disclosing party; (c) is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the disclosing party’s confidential information; or (d) is rightfully obtained by the receiving party from a third party without restriction on disclosure.
Enforcement of Confidentiality:
Both Freelancers and Clients agree to take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the information exchanged during a project, including but not limited to, implementing appropriate security measures and restricting access to confidential information only to those individuals who have a legitimate need to know.
Breach of Confidentiality:
In the event of a breach of confidentiality by either party, the non-breaching party shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and/or damages to enforce the terms of this confidentiality agreement. The breaching party shall be responsible for any damages resulting from the unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.
Survival of Agreement:
The obligations of confidentiality set forth in this agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of any project or engagement between Freelancers and Clients on the K7Tracks platform and shall continue in full force and effect indefinitely thereafter.
